Your Live Enabled Gamertag/ Friend code (for games like pokemon)/PSN
Why You Want to Join (1-2 sentences max)
Email your application to NDS.Weazalbee@gmail.com
If you pass through the application process (which you probably will) you will be asked a few questions and will be tested in-game.
